📝 JOB DESCRIPTION – HVAC TECHNICIANS
🔧 Role Overview:
We are hiring skilled HVAC Technicians to join a specialized team in Malta delivering professional and reliable HVAC services across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and servicing of advanced HVAC systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, VRF systems, fresh air systems, and chilled water systems
• Perform preventive maintenance,e including cleaning, filter replacement, disinfection, and system inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults and perform repairs efficiently
• Coordinate with procurement and installation teams for customized HVAC solutions
• Assist clients with technical consultations and system recommendations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices
🎯 Requirements:
✔ English communication is mandatory
✔ Valid International Driving License
✔ Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and installation
✔ Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✔ Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
✔ Comfortable working independently and within a team
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset management
✔ Familiarity with smart systems, automation, and energy-efficient technologies
💰 Salary & Benefits:
💶 €14 per hour
⏰ 40 hours per week (173.33 hours/month)
💸 Overtime: 1.5x base rate
🎁 Additional Benefits:
• €135 Bonus × 4 times yearly (March, June, September & December)
• 24 days paid leave + public holidays
• Paid sick leave up to 13 days
• Contract Duration: 1 Year
• Probation Period: 3 Months
